Use in vinaigrettes in place of regular balsamic to add a pronounced sweetness to spinach and mixed green salads. Pour over Kowalski’s Pistachio Ice Cream and serve with fresh figs on top. Boil to reduce by half, then drizzle over hot-from-the-oven roasted Brussels sprouts or squash.
