Apple Cider

Nothing says autumn like fresh apple cider. Our Signature Apple Cider comes from Fireside Orchard in Northfield, Minnesota, a second-generation family orchard founded in 1980. Fireside focuses on apples developed by the University of Minnesota, handpicking and blending these locally grown varieties into a crisp, flavorful cider that captures the best of the season.

Each jug is pressed, hand-filled and delivered directly to our markets for peak freshness. Early in the season the cider is bright and sweet-tart, gradually mellowing into a rounder, sweeter flavor as different varieties come into harvest. Every sip reflects the rhythm of Minnesota’s apple season and the value of partnering with local growers.
