Cheese Spreads

Our Signature Cheese Spreads are crafted locally using our own unique recipes, simple ingredients and top-quality cheeses. They're as perfect for a cheese board as they are for snacking on their own. 

Look for these four flavors year-round:

• Cranberry Gorgonzola Cheese Spread (top right) – Tangy cream cheese and sweet mascarpone bring a mellowness to the Gorgonzola in this cranberry-and-walnut-studded spread. It's sweetened with a touch of honey and seasoned lightly with black pepper for balance.
   
• Rosemary Apricot Goat Cheese Spread (bottom right) – Our original recipe has grassy goat cheese mixed with cream cheese for an elegant smoothness. Rosemary and green onion add a freshness that offsets the sweetness of dried apricots and pecans.
   
• Deer Creek Tequila Habanero Pimento Cheese Spread (bottom left) – A classic recipe made special with local Deer Creek Tequila Habanero Cheddar to give it a little kick. It's balanced by the floral, sweet essence of agave.
   
• Fig Pistachio Walnut Apricot Cheese Spread (top left) – Mainly mascarpone cheese blended with a sweet fig preserve, this spread has nutty bits of walnut and chewy, sweet-tart dried apricots to even everything out.
