Joe Crow
Kowalski’s Meat and Seafood Director, Joe Crow, began working as a Journeyman Meat Cutter in 2003, and joined Kowalski’s in 2017. Joe oversees all daily Meat and Seafood operations, while working alongside our vendor partners and meat strategy team to bring customers the highest quality meats, while also ensuring these products meet our sustainability and ethical standards. Joe takes great pride in knowing Kowalski’s is committed to cutting and grinding meat daily in every store, to ensure we offer the freshest meat to our customers, as well as being able to fill any special request.
