6 oz. very thinly sliced prosciutto di Parma
Place prosciutto in a single layer on 2 parchment-lined baking sheets; bake in a preheated 375° oven until crisp and slightly darkened (10-15 min.). Remove from the oven and let cool slightly (prosciutto will continue to crisp slightly as it cools).
- Eat as a snack.
