Citrus Smoothie
Ingredients
Each serving contains 70% of your daily vitamin C requirement, plus vitamin B6, potassium and fiber.

Kowalski's Signature Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  
                                  
  1 cup
fresh pineapple chunks
  
                                  
  6 oz.
fat-free vanilla yogurt
  
                                  
  1 tbsp.

- pineapple wedges, for garnish (optional)
  
                      Directions
          - Add all ingredients to a blender; purée until ice is crushed.
- Pour into individual glasses; garnish with a pineapple wedge, if desired.
