½ cup milk
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 small banana, frozen
1 cup sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp. hemp seeds or chia seeds (optional)
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender (add milk and yogurt first); blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
- If you'd like your smoothie extra cold, add in a handful of ice cubes.
