Fresh Peach Sauce

1 lb. peaches, peeled and sliced
¾ cup peach or apricot nectar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. Kowalski's Unsalted Butter, cold

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium and cook 3 min. In a small dish, whisk water into cornstarch; add to sauce mixture and cook until thickened (about 2 min.). Remove from heat; stir in butter. Serve warm.
