Minnesota Hot Apple Sundae

Ingredients

1 ½ tbsp. Kowalski's Unsalted Butter
1 lb. Minnesota Grown Honeycrisp apples (about 2), peeled and sliced
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ tsp. Kowalski's Ground Cinnamon
- Kowalski's Signature Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and granola (variety of your choice), for serving

Directions
  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add apples; sauté until just tender (8-10 min.).
  3. Stir in sugar and cinnamon; cook until sugar melts (about 1 min.).
  4. Divide apple mixture among 4 serving dishes; top with a scoop of ice cream and granola.

Tasty Tip:

  • Minnesota Grown apples are fresher by miles, which is why we recommend them in this recipe. When local options are unavailable, fresh apples grown elsewhere may be used.
