Chocolate Fondue

Makes 2 cups

Ingredients

A note about gluten: When a gluten-free chocolate is used and fondue is served with gluten-free dippers, this recipe is gluten free.

1 cup heavy cream
2-4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Kowalski's Unsalted Butter
7 oz. chocolate of your choice, finely chopped
2 tsp. Kowalski's Organic Madagascar Vanilla Extract (or 2 tbsp. liqueur of your choice)
- dippers, your choice: pound cake cubes, unfrosted brownie cubes, marshmallows, strawberries, pineapple, banana and dried apricots

Directions
  1. In a heavy saucepan, combine cream, sugar and butter over medium heat; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate; let stand for 1 min.
  3. Whisk chocolate mixture until smooth.
  4. Stir in vanilla.
  5. Pour mixture into a fondue pot; serve with your choice of dippers.
