Summer Melon Sundaes
Ingredients

Sugar Cube cantaloupe (or similar melon)
3 cups
Izzy's, Talenti or Grand Ole Creamery Vanilla Ice Cream or Gelato
1 tbsp.
freshly grated lemon zest
1 tbsp.
very finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
Directions
Cut cantaloupe in half; use a spoon to scoop out seeds. Cut each half into thirds to create 6 wedges; place wedges in individual serving dishes. Top melon wedges evenly with ice cream; garnish with zest and rosemary. Serve immediately.
