Grilled Italian Sausage Flatbreads With Roasted Tomato Salsa

canned roasted tomatoes, drained and coarsely chopped

shredded Asiago cheese

                      Directions
          - Preheat grill to high heat; clean grill grates.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients (through garlic); set salsa aside.
- Arrange sausages on the rack of the preheated grill; grill over direct heat until cooked through (6-7 min.), turning halfway through.
- Place 1 sausage in the center of each flatbread; top with salsa.
- Fold flatbread around filling; return to grill and continue grilling until flatbread is slightly toasted (1-2 min. per side). Serve immediately.
Switch-Up:
- Select whole-grain or whole-wheat flatbreads for a fiber boost. Most of us get only half the fiber we need in a day.
