Sticky Soy Glaze for Chicken Wings

Makes about ¾ cup (enough for 24 chicken wing drumettes)

Ingredients

A note about gluten: When using gluten-free tamari instead of soy sauce, this recipe is gluten free.

¼ cup Kowalski's Classic Ketchup
¼ cup Kowalski's Pure Honey
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 ½ tsp. chile-garlic paste
1 ½ tsp. Kowalski's Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice (from the Produce Department)
1 ½ tsp. seasoned rice vinegar
Order Groceries
Directions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
  2. Use immediately or store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

 

Tasty Tip:

  • This sticky sauce is delicious on grilled meat or chicken (including wings) and drizzled over grilled vegetables such as grilled bok choy or chard. It can also be used as a dipping sauce for chicken tenders.
