Danish Cucumber Salad

¼ cup white vinegar
¼ cup superfine sugar
- fresh dill, chopped, to taste
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 sweet onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together vinegar and sugar until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add dill, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add cucumber and onion; toss to coat.
  4. Let stand for at least 10 min. before serving.
