Wild Rice Lamb Burgers
Wild Rice Lamb Burgers with Cherry Mayo
Makes about ¾ cup
½ cup mayonnaise
⅓ cup cherry preserves
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, preserves, salt and pepper.
  2. Store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 5 days.
