              Wild Rice Lamb Burgers with Cherry Mayo
            
            
          Ingredients
  1 lb.
Kowalski's Naturally Raised 100% Grass-Fed Ground Lamb
  
                                  
  ½ cup
Kowalski's Wild Rice, prepared according to pkg. directions, cooled
  
                                  
  2
green onions, thinly sliced
  
                                  
  3 tbsp.
chopped fresh Italian parsley
  
                                  
  1 clove
garlic, finely minced
  
                                  
  1 tsp.
dried oregano
  
                                  
  ½ tsp.
kosher salt

whole-wheat burger buns, lightly toasted
  
                                  
  
- toppings, to taste: Cherry Mayo, baby spinach and thinly sliced red onion
  
                      Directions
          - Preheat grill to medium-high heat; clean grill grates.
- Using clean hands, mix first 7 ingredients (through salt) in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined; form 3 patties.
- Grill burgers over direct heat, covered, until done (4-5 min. per side).
- Remove from heat; tent loosely with foil and let stand for 3-5 min.
- Serve burgers on buns with desired toppings.
Tasty Tips:
- We recommend Kowalski's Cultivated Long-Grain Wild Rice for this recipe, but our Cracked Wild Rice will also work.
