Makes about ½ cup
½ cup vegan mayonnaise (such as Sir Kensington's brand)
2 tsp. Kowalski's Organic Mild Curry Powder (or more to taste)
- Kowalski's Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice (from the Produce Department), to taste
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
Add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl; whisk together until well combined. Serve on burgers, as in our recipe for Plant-Based Curry Burgers.
