Lemon Buttermilk Dressing

Makes about ½ cup

Ingredients

3 tbsp. plain 2% Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. freshly grated Kowalski's Signature Parmesan Cheese (from the Specialty Cheese Department)
2 tbsp. low-fat buttermilk
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
¾ tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- freshly grated zest of ½ lemon
½ tsp. Kowalski's Pure Honey (or more to taste)
1-2 tbsp. water, as needed
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste

Directions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together first 7 ingredients (through honey) until combined; thin with water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Store dressing in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days.
