Simple Sesame Honey Sauce

¼ cup gluten-free tahini
¼ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp. Kowalski's Pure Honey
1 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce or gluten-free tamari
1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tbsp. hot water
- freshly grated zest of 1 lime
¼ tsp. (or more or less to taste) crushed red pepper flakes and toasted sesame seeds

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Use as a dipping sauce for grilled poultry, meat or vegetables; or as a quick marinade (15-30 min.) for proteins before grilling.


  • Discard marinade that has been in contact with raw proteins after use.
