Thousand Island Dressing
Ingredients
  1 small clove
garlic, finely minced
  
                                  
  ¼ tsp.
kosher salt, plus more for seasoning
  
                                  
  ¾ cup
mayonnaise
  
                                  
  ¼ cup
chili sauce
  
                                  
  2 tbsp.
Kowalski's Classic Ketchup
  
                                  
  2 tsp.
sweet pickle relish
  
                                  
  
- freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
  
                      Directions
          - On a wooden cutting board, mash garlic with ¼ tsp. salt using the flat side of a chef's knife until it forms a paste.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together garlic paste, mayo, chili sauce, ketchup and relish until combined; season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
- Store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 2 days.
