Steakhouse Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

4 Russet or Baker potatoes, scrubbed and dried
4 tsp. Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ tsp. sea salt

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Rub potatoes lightly with oil; sprinkle with salt.
  3. Prick potatoes several times with a fork; bake on a baking sheet in the preheated oven until a knife easily pierces all the way to the center (60-90 min., depending greatly on the size and shape of the potato).
