Curried Cream Cheese and Chutney Party Sandwiches
Makes 16 sandwiches
                                        Ingredients
  8 oz.
cream cheese, softened
  
                                  
  1 cup
butter, softened, divided
  
                                  
  ¼ cup
heavy cream
  
                                  
  ½ cup
Stonewall Kitchen Old Farmhouse Chutney
  
                                  
  1 ½ cups
finely chopped pecans, toasted, divided
  
                                  
  2 tsp.
curry powder
  
                                  
  1 small clove
garlic, pressed
  
                                  
  16 oz. loaf
white bread, very thinly sliced
  
                      Directions
          - In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, ½ cup butter and heavy cream with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
 - Stir in chutney, 1 cup pecans, curry powder and garlic until thoroughly combined.
 - Spread cream cheese mixture on half of bread slices; cover with remaining bread slices.
 - Trim crusts; cut sandwiches in half diagonally.
 - Spread remaining butter on outside edges of bread; roll in remaining chopped pecans.
 - Serve immediately or store, covered, with a damp paper towel in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
