Ingredients

blended cottage cheese
3 tbsp.
Kowalski's Taco Seasoning
15 oz.
canned refried beans
10 oz.
Kowalski's Clásico Guacamole
2 cups
shredded lettuce
4 oz.
Kowalski's Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
10 oz.
Kowalski's Fresh Pico de Gallo
4 ¼ oz.
canned sliced black olives, drained
- Kowalski's Signature White or Yellow Tortilla Chips, for serving
Directions
- In a small mixing bowl, stir together cottage cheese and taco seasoning until well combined; set aside.
- On a large rimmed serving dish, layer beans, guacamole, cottage cheese mixture, lettuce, shredded cheese, pico and olives.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
