Easy Crostini

Makes 25-30

Ingredients

1 Kowalski's Signature Artisan Baguette (from the Artisan Bread Table), sliced ¾" thick on the diagonal (about 24 slices)
- Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil, as needed
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Brush one side of each baguette slice with olive oil; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  3. Arrange bread in a single layer on a baking sheet; bake in preheated oven for 5 min.
  4. Turn; continue baking for 2 min.
  5. Remove crostini from oven; set aside until ready to use. Try them in our recipe for Ricotta-Lemon Crostini.
