Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Slice bread 1" thick, leaving approx. ¼" of the base intact.
  3. Turn loaf 90°; slice 1" thick to create a cross-hatch pattern, leaving base intact.
  4. Place loaf on an extra-large sheet of foil lightly sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle cheese over loaf, allowing shreds to fall between the cuts.
  5. Wrap bread completely in foil; bake on a baking sheet in the preheated oven until cheese is melted (15-20 min.).
  6. Remove bread from oven; unwrap, leaving foil under the loaf to make cleanup easier. Increase oven temperature to 425°.
  7. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt butter; stir in pizza seasoning.
  8. Brush bread with seasoned butter all over the top and in the cuts.
  9. Return bread to oven, unwrapped; bake until golden-brown (about 10 min.).
  10. Remove from oven; let bread cool slightly.
  11. Garnish with parsley; serve with sauce on the side for dipping.
