Prosciutto Crisps

Serves 6


6 oz. very thinly sliced prosciutto di Parma
Order Groceries
  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper; arrange prosciutto in a single layer on prepared baking sheets.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until prosciutto is crisp and slightly darkened (10-15 min.).
  4. Remove from oven; let cool slightly (prosciutto will continue to crisp slightly as it cools).

Serving Suggestions:

  • Eat as a snack.
  • Serve on sandwiches, pasta or pizza. It's perfect as a burger topping in our recipe for Gorgonzola Burgers.
