Teriyaki Shrimp

Ingredients

2 lbs. fresh shrimp (21-25 per lb.), peeled and deveined, tails on
21 oz. teriyaki sauce
⅓ cup Kowalski's Signature Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
2 tbsp. canola oil
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish
- grated zest of 1 orange, for garnish

Directions
  1. In a large zipper-closure food storage bag, combine shrimp, teriyaki sauce and orange juice; refrigerate for 1 hr.
  2. Remove shrimp from bag; discard marinade.
  3. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over high heat until shimmering but not smoking.
  4. Add shrimp to the pan; cook, stirring constantly, until shrimp is opaque and just cooked through (about 3 min.).
  5. Refrigerate shrimp for several hours; serve garnished with green onions and orange zest.
