Ingredients

2 cups (approx.) ice
1 ½ cups low-fat plain Greek yogurt
2 bananas, peeled
2 ripe pears, cored and chopped
1 cup frozen cherries, slightly thawed
1 apple, cored and chopped
½ cup water, plus more as needed

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; purée until smooth.
  2. Thin with additional water, if desired. Serve immediately.

  • Blending ice into this recipe brings a fun, slushie-like texture.
  • You can add a bit of creaminess by using frozen bananas. Peel and slice bananas, then place slices in a single layer on a small, rimmed baking sheet; freeze until solid. Transfer to a freezer-safe container; keep frozen for up to 2 months.
