Individual Baked Eggs
Ingredients
A note about gluten: When served without toast, this recipe is gluten free.
  
- Kowalski's Unsalted Butter, for preparing ramekins

Kowalski's Large Free-Range Organic Eggs
  
                                  
  4 tbsp.
heavy cream
  
                                  
  
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
  
                                  
  
- snipped fresh chives, for garnish (optional)
  
                                  
  
- toast, for serving
  
                      Directions
          - Preheat oven to 375°.
 - Butter 4 (4") ramekins; carefully crack 1 egg into each ramekin, being careful not to break the yolks.
 - Drizzle 1 tbsp. cream over each egg; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
 - Bake on a rimmed baking sheet in the preheated oven until egg whites are set and yolks are cooked to desired doneness (10-14 min.).
 - Garnish with chives; serve immediately with toast for dipping, if desired.
