Creamy Yogurt Dip

Makes 1 cup


A note about gluten: When prepared with gluten-free spices, this recipe is gluten free.

1 clove garlic
½ tsp. kosher salt
1 cup plain yogurt
½ tsp. Kowalski's Dried Thyme
½ tsp. Kowalski's Ground Cumin
½ tsp. Kowalski's Ground Coriander
¼ tsp. Kowalski's Ground Cinnamon
⅛ tsp. Kowalski's Chili Powder
1 dash Kowalski's Ground Cayenne Pepper
- freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
Order Groceries
  1. On a wooden cutting board, mash garlic with salt using the flat side of a chef's knife until it forms a paste.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, stir garlic paste with remaining ingredients.
  3. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days.

Tasty Tip:

  • Serve this dip with grilled spiced meats (such as flank steak or our recipe for Moroccan Chicken Skewers), pita chips, whole-grain crackers or fresh veggies (such as carrots, celery, peppers, radishes, cauliflower, tomatoes, green onions or green beans).
