Whipped Garlic Parmesan Butter
Ingredients
  ½ cup (1 stick)
Kowalski's Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
  
                                  
  ¼ cup
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  
                                  
  2 tsp.
finely minced fresh garlic
  
                                  
  ½ tsp.
Italian or pizza seasoning
  
                                  
  ½ tsp.
freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns
  
                                  
  ½ tsp.
kosher salt
  
                      Directions
          - In a medium mixing bowl, blend butter with remaining ingredients.
- Whip with an electric mixer until very light and fluffy.
- Serve on fish, beef or poultry, or use it to make crunchy, homemade garlic bread – just spread it on French bread and bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
