Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

1 ¼ cups skim milk
¼ cup sugar
⅔ cup Kowalski's Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
½ tsp. Kowalski's Organic Madagascar Vanilla Extract
4 oz. (about ½ cup) cream cheese, at room temperature
8 oz. whipped topping (not frozen)
8" prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
- Kowalski's Deep Dark Hot Fudge Sauce, to taste, warmed gently in the microwave
3 tbsp. finely chopped Kowalski's Classic Peanuts
4 candy peanut butter cups, chopped
Order Groceries
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine milk and sugar over medium heat; cook and stir until sugar dissolves.
  2. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and vanilla; whisk until combined.
  3. Chill mixture in the refrigerator for 30 min.
  4. Using an electric mixer, whip cream cheese in a medium bowl until light and fluffy.
  5. Add peanut butter mixture; whip on low speed until completely combined.
  6. Gently fold in whipped topping until completely combined.
  7. Pour peanut butter filling into crust; freeze until hard (at least 4 hrs.).
  8. Drizzle pie with slightly warm fudge to taste. Sprinkle with peanuts and candy; keep frozen until ready to serve.
  9. Allow pie to stand at room temperature for 10 min. before slicing and serving.
