Baked Garlic Dill Mustard Chicken Tenders

Kowalski's Garlic Dill Mustard
½ cup
Kowalski's Pure Honey
1 tbsp.
Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp.
mustard seeds (optional)
1 ½ lbs.
boneless skinless chicken tenders
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
- fresh dill sprigs, for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Preheated oven to 400°.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mustard, honey, oil and mustard seeds; whisk to combine.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken to bowl with mustard mixture; toss to coat.
- Place chicken and sauce mixture in a 3 qt. glass baking dish sprayed lightly with cooking spray, leaving a little space between pieces of chicken. Bake in preheated oven until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165° (about 20 min.).
- Remove from oven; garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately.
