Ingredients

diced fresh mango
1 ½ cups
diced fresh pineapple
¼ cup
chopped sweet onion
2 tbsp.
snipped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp.
chopped jalapeño pepper

freshly squeezed lime juice

freshly grated lime zest
½ tsp.

fresh tuna steaks, about 1" thick

Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp.
Plump Chef Sunshine Shake Seasoning Blend (from the Meat Department)
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine first 8 ingredients (through salt); cover and refrigerate salsa until ready to use.
- Brush both sides of tuna with oil; sprinkle with seasoning blend. Cover and refrigerate for 30 min.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.
- Grill tuna on preheated grill or pan, covered, until steaks reach desired doneness (4-8 min.), turning once.
- Serve grilled tuna steaks with salsa.
