Citrus Crab Salad

Ingredients

7 oz. Earthbound Farm 50/50 Spinach & Spring Mix Salad
1 ½ lbs. fully cooked King crab legs, split, crab meat removed, cut into chunks
8 oz. Kowalski's Sliced Mango, diced
2 oz. Kowalski's Jicama Sticks
4 oz. Kowalski's Stoplight Sliced Bell Peppers
1 bunch green onions, sliced
¼ cup sliced almonds, toasted
- Kowalski's Signature Citrus Vinaigrette, to taste
Order Groceries
Directions
  1. In a large salad or mixing bowl, toss all ingredients except dressing.
  2. Drizzle with dressing; toss lightly and serve immediately.

Variation: For Citrus Salmon Salad, replace crab with grilled salmon.

Tasty Tip:

  • Canned crab meat, imitation crab, shrimp or grilled chicken can be substituted for the crab meat in this salad.
