Kowalski's Signature Original Whipped Cream Cheese Spread
  
                                  
  ½ cup
Peanut Sauce
  
                                  
  1 tsp.
Sriracha sauce
  
                                  
  ¾ cup
shredded carrot
  
                                  
  ½ cup
finely diced peeled cucumber
  
                                  
  ½ oz.
finely chopped fresh mint
  
                                  
  ½ oz.
finely chopped fresh cilantro
  
                                  
  2
green onions, thinly sliced
  
                                  
  1 ½ tsp.
toasted sesame oil
  
                                  
  ½
lime
  
                                  
  
- sesame seeds, to taste
  
                                  
  
- crushed red pepper or freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
  
                                  
  
- Kowalski's Pita Crackers or Sea Salt Naan Chips, for serving
  
                      Directions
          - In a small mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, peanut sauce and Sriracha sauce until smooth.
 - Spread mixture evenly on a 10-12" rimmed dinner plate or similarly sized serving platter.
 - Layer next 5 ingredients (through green onions) one at a time in the order listed.
 - Drizzle with oil; squeeze lime over the plate.
 - Garnish with sesame seeds and pepper; serve with crackers or chips.
 
Switch-Ups:
- Swap out cream cheese for 4 oz. cottage cheese (2% or full-fat variety). Use a food processor to blend cottage cheese with peanut sauce and Sriracha until smooth.
 - Leave the peel on the cucumber for extra nutrition.
 - Serve with whole-grain pita, whole-grain crackers or tortilla chips to add some much-needed beneficial fiber.
