Greek 10-Layer Dip
Ingredients

Kowalski's Hummus
  
                                  
  ½ cup
prepared tzatziki
  
                                  
  2
Roma tomatoes, diced
  
                                  
  2-3 tbsp.
finely chopped red onion, to taste
  
                                  
  ½ oz.
finely chopped fresh mint
  
                                  
  ½ oz.
finely chopped fresh Italian parsley
  
                                  
  3 oz.
crumbled feta cheese
  
                                  
  1-2 tsp.
Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to taste
  
                                  
  ¼
lemon, in a wedge
  
                                  
  
- freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
  
                                  
  
- pita chips, for serving
  
                      Directions
          Spread hummus evenly on a 10-12" rimmed dinner plate or similarly sized serving platter; spread tzatziki on top. Layer next 5 ingredients (through cheese) one at a time in the order listed. Drizzle with oil; squeeze lemon wedge over the plate. Garnish with black pepper. Serve with pita chips.
