1 tbsp. water

¼ cup hard apple cider, cold

1 tbsp. Kowalski's Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (from the Produce Department)

1 cup (approx.) sparkling wine, to taste

Directions

Whisk warm honey with water until honey is dissolved; let cool completely.
Evenly divide cider, honey syrup and lemon juice between 2 sparkling wine flutes.
Top with sparkling wine to taste.
