Ingredients

1 cup mascarpone cheese
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. Kowalski's Unsalted Butter
⅓ cup brown sugar
3 Honeycrisp apples, peeled, cored, sliced
½ tsp. Kowalski's Ground Cinnamon
1 Kowalski's Cheesecake (from the Bakery Department)

Directions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine mascarpone and brown sugar; refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter; stir in brown sugar until dissolved.
  3. Add apple slices; cook, stirring frequently, until apples release their juices and start to soften (about 5 min.).
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon; continue cooking, turning occasionally, until apples have a light crust and are golden-brown (10-15 min.).
  5. Divide apple mixture among individual cheesecake slices; top with a dollop of brown sugar mascarpone.
