Honey-Basil Lemonade

1 ¼ cup Kowalski's Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (from the Produce Department)
1 cup fresh basil leaves, plus more for garnish
½ cup Kowalski's Pure Honey
3 cups ice-cold water
- ice
- lemon slices, for garnish
  1. In a pitcher, combine juice, basil and honey; gently muddle.
  2. Add cold water; stir well and allow mixture to sit for at least 30 min.
  3. Discard basil leaves; pour into individual glasses over ice.
  4. Garnish each glasses with a lemon slice and basil leaf.


Tasty Tips:

  • For a health boost, blend lemon juice, honey and basil in a food processor or blender, then simply add water.
  • Honey can be substituted with any sugar substitute of your choice.
  • Freeze for a refreshing slushy.
  • Try adding other fruits and sparkling water!
