Sparkling Pear Cocktails
Ingredients
1 oz.
spiced pear syrup (left over from our Spiced Poached Pears recipe)
1 tbsp.
freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cup (approx.)
sparkling wine, to taste
2
lemon zest twists, for garnish
Directions
- Evenly divide syrup and lemon juice between 2 sparkling wine flutes.
- Top with sparkling wine to taste; garnish with zest.
Variation:
- For Sparkling Pear Mocktails, substitute tonic water for the sparkling wine.
