Directions

Preheat grill to high heat; clean grill grates.
Using clean hands, form beef into 4 patties.
Grill burgers over direct heat, covered, until done (about 4 min. per side for medium doneness), turning once.
Remove from heat; tent loosely with foil and let stand for 3-5 min.
Serve burgers on buns with chimichurri and tomatoes.
