Ingredients
A note about dairy: When a dairy-free Greek dressing is used, this recipe is dairy free.

organic Romaine lettuce, chopped

Greek dressing (or to taste), divided

cherry tomatoes, halved

English cucumber, cut into ¼" dice

loosely packed fresh Italian parsley leaves, roughly chopped
  
                                  
  1 cup
loosely packed fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped

green or red bell pepper, stemmed, seeded and cut into ½" dice

green onions, thinly sliced
  
                                  
  4 cups
Kowalski's Pita Chips (from the Deli Department)
  
                                  
  
- freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
  
                                  
  
- Kowalski's Ground Sumac (from the Spice Aisle), to taste
  
                      Directions
          - In a large mixing bowl, toss lettuce with a generous amount of dressing.
- Add next 6 ingredients (through green onion); toss with additional dressing to taste.
- Gently toss in chips.
- Arrange salad on a serving platter; season generously with black pepper and sumac.
- Drizzle with extra dressing or serve on the side.
