Ingredients

1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 cup chocolate almond milk (or chocolate soy milk)
2 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen (see Tasty Tip)
2 tbsp. Kowalski's Fresh Creamy Peanut Butter (from the Dairy Aisle)

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Process until smooth; serve immediately.

Nutrition Note:

  • Greek yogurt has about twice as much protein as regular yogurt, often containing 15-20 g per cup.
