nonfat plain Greek yogurt

chocolate almond milk (or chocolate soy milk)

Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Process until smooth; serve immediately.
Nutrition Note:
- Greek yogurt has about twice as much protein as regular yogurt, often containing 15-20 g per cup.
- This recipe is also rich in bone-strengthening calcium, magnesium and potassium, and is a good source of vitamins C, D and folate. It offers 10 g of protein in a 300-calorie serving.
