Pink Grapefruit Fro Yo
Ingredients
1 cup
heavy cream
¾ cup
sugar
2 cup
plain full-fat Greek yogurt
⅔ cup
Kowalski's Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice (from the Produce Juice Case)
1 tbsp.
freshly grated grapefruit zest
Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine cream and sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly just until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat; let cool completely.
- Stir in remaining ingredients; refrigerate for 2 hrs.
- Pour mixture into an ice cream maker; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Scoop frozen yogurt into an airtight storage container; continue freezing until firm.
