Portobella Burgers Romesco

Ingredients

⅓ cup Kowalski's Balsamic Vinegar
3 tbsp. Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp. Kowalski's Bold Italian Seasoning
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
4 portobella mushroom caps, whole, gills cleaned
4 burger buns of your choice, split horizontally and lightly toasted
- toppings, to taste: Romesco Sauce, sliced red onion, sliced avocado and fresh baby spinach

Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Add mushrooms; marinate at room temperature for 1 hr.
  2. Preheat grill to medium heat; clean grill grates.
  3. Grill mushrooms gill-side down over direct heat until browned and tender when pierced with a fork (6-8 min.), turning several times.
  4. Serve on buns with desired toppings.
