- Kowalski's Signature Fresh Thousand Island Salad Dressing, to taste
½ cup (approx.)
fresh sauerkraut
- caraway seeds, to taste
Directions
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat; clean grill grates.
- Grill brats over direct heat until cooked through (about 8 min.), turning occasionally.
- Spread dressing on cut sides of buns.
- Place brats in buns; garnish with kraut, additional dressing and caraway seeds.
