Teriyaki Burgers
Ingredients

teriyaki sauce
  
                                  
  ¼ cup
Kowalski's Pure Honey
  
                                  
  1 lb.
Kowalski's Certified Humane 85% Lean Fresh Ground Beef

green onions, thinly sliced
  
                                  
  3 tbsp.
chopped fresh cilantro
  
                                  
  1 clove
garlic, finely minced
  
                                  
  2 tsp.
chile-garlic paste
  
                                  
  ½ tsp.
kosher salt

whole-wheat burger buns, lightly toasted
  
                                  
  
- toppings, to taste: finely shredded green cabbage (such as Dole Angel Hair Coleslaw), Quick Asian Pickles and/or Ginger Aioli
  
                      Directions
          - Preheat grill to medium-high heat; clean grill grates.
 - In a small mixing bowl, whisk together teriyaki and honey; set aside.
 - Using clean hands, mix next 6 ingredients (through salt) in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined; form 4 patties.
 - Grill burgers over direct heat, covered, until done (4-5 min. per side), turning twice and brushing each side with glaze in the last 2 min. of cooking.
 - Remove from heat; tent loosely with foil and let stand for 3-5 min.
 - Serve burgers on buns with shredded cabbage, pickles and/or aioli.
