Balsamic-Pepper Sirloin

A note about gluten: When gluten-free tamari is used instead of soy sauce, this recipe is gluten free.

6 tbsp. Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce or gluten-free tamari
4 ½ tsp. Kowalski's Pure Honey
1 tbsp. Kowalski's Balsamic Vinegar
- freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
1 ½ lbs. Kowalski's Certified Humane USDA Prime Top Sirloin Steak(s)

Directions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together oil, soy sauce, honey and vinegar; season with pepper.
  2. Pour marinade over steak in a large zipper-closure food storage bag; let marinate for 3 hrs. to overnight.
  3. Remove steak from marinade and allow to come to room temperature; discard remaining marinade.
  4. Preheat a grill or broiler to high; grill or broil to desired doneness (4-6 min. per side).
  5. Remove from heat; tent loosely with foil and let rest for at least 5 min. before serving.
