Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

5 Minnesota Grown Roma tomatoes, seeded and finely diced
½ large red onion, peeled and finely diced
¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 jalapeño pepper, stemmed, seeded and finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 ½ tbsp. Kowalski's Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice (from the Produce Department)
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste

Directions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeño and garlic.
  2. Stir in lime juice; season to taste.
  3. Store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 5 days.
